They will be... spend in an appropriate way... :drink:

If we give money to Iceforge to make his own gym, there will be no stopping him imo. He will be like Chuck Norris and Arnies lovechild :(

What exactly do you guys mean by a "stone" 10 kilos or 10 pounds?
The British 'stone' is 14pounds (lbs) or at 2.2lbs to the kilo, about 6.5 kilo.

Really this stuff ain't so hard and complicated. 20 quid on some weights from Argos will get u started with the muscle bulk. They even have instructions and explain about reps etc inside.

Some cardio will burn the calories, if it's something you enjoy or can fit easy into ur day you'll keep at it.

Check your calories and don't eat so much kcal/per day.

Unless ur some pro or competative sportsman what's more to know!

Its hardly rocket science.

I never said stop eating carbs all together now did I? It's just that some people keep eating the same things but just less each meal when all you really need to reduce is the thigns with alot of carbs in it (like pasta) if you also eat less vegetables/fruit and protein you're body will suffer from it if you however REDUCE your carb intake (don't remove it all together) your body will have to use fat to gain the needed amount of energy, just like you actually stated above. HOWEVER if you keep doing heavy exercises without eating enough carbs your body will also suffer because it doesn't get energy quick enough from burning fat and this will lead to your muscles breaking down over time.
That's why reducing your carb intake and doing light exercises such as powerwalking, light jogging, easy biking during long sessions is a great way to lose fat, because your body has enough time to easily burn fat and use it as the energy supply. I'm pretty sure any proffessional trainer will agree with this.

But like Marc said it's not complicated really. Just that some ways are obviously more effective than others.
