i have a ti4200 with my athlon 2400, but i think its on the brink.
the bastarding thing keeps arsing up every now and again so i ahve to reboot (screen flickers and goes corrupted n stuff)

Its getting a bit silly now with 3 different versions of Half Life. Bring back the good old days of Elite and Pong! (Although I wasnt alive then.)

I had exactly that with my Ti4400!

I took the card out and cleaned the fluff and dust out of its fan and its been fine ever since.
