Flaming is insulting or abusing someone.

A Glen is when someone posts something that's already been posted before (this only applies to this forum and not others).

Not sure what else, but there's probably loads of slang we all use without realising it.

First source leaked, then Valve made a statement which pushed 'Anon' the hacker responsible for the source leak to make playable beta code available - if you have a look at what Gabe newell first claimed on the hack, you'll see why when you look at the leaked assets...

He's since leaked a beta of Counter Strike: Condition Zero, and claims to have more at his disposal.

Oh, and it wasn't E3 code which leaked, checking the versions of the source and compiled code it's much further along than that... but he nabbed the E3 files from the fileserver and included them too, in some 'sick' attempt at being comprehensive...

There's already a storm brewing from some of the things spotted in the source - any delays will only be a hasty attempt to recode the current controversial areas of the source engine... Valve themselves have acknowledged that any netcode matters can be addressed with patches and aren't a prerequisite for a single-player release of the game.

forgive my ignorance

i stopped playing CS when the cheating got really bad--b4 the lame attempts at punkbuster(which migh be better now although im still not gonna play it) So basically that means i stopped playing HL-but i did notice on places like file planet(i know FP sux plz don't kick my ass for checking there for new demos)the stream client--i guess that it for streaming new versions directly to your game files, but i have no real idea cause i never got it.

wht is stream, i read that yall belive thats how the hack got in, but i still don't know wht it is?
