dub, there were 4 albs in fens 1 who didn't release when you had at least 10 active mids on the roof of the tower after retaking it. The albs came back when my release timer was in the 300 range, at which time there were a few mids still buggering about in T1, meandering around, hitting FOP/DT etc. Could see a few more mids milling around between T1 and the keep.

How can you say there was no resistance, you charged the albs wiped them and retook tower 1. I really don't see that it's our fault we came back after 5 minutes while you still had a hole in the wall and an inner keep gate on 40% or whatever it was by that stage. I kinda thought the 4 of us who didn't release in T1 may have given you a clue that we were relaying info, and just 'maybe' the albs were coming back.

There was a heck of a lot of /victory /cheer /rude /laugh spamming going on when you retook fens 1, so you all must have been really happy, I find it kinda sad if that's all changed 10 minutes later

Anyways the gratz still stands for when you take a relic whatever time it is, and here's the beer Seriously though, if it's in the small hours just give it a whirl with the people you find online - I'm sure if you keep plugging away at hurb like you and the hibs have been doing on and off since the relic was there, you'll take it. Or hit it with 100 that have gotten out of bed especially, whatever will put the fun back into it for you, as that's surely why we play the game after all.

login server was showing over 200 when I logged other account in, seriously 4 stealthers a thane and a warrior were the only level 50's online in mid?

no my posts was really aimed at the ppl saying there was defence at fens , no hard feelings for playing late or getting the relic.

again i had fun at fens with my unbuffed sb , would have preferred xping my warlock ofc, but cmon 03 cet assaults on fens for a week is a bit repetetive.

had been joking in /gu bout that ppl should port bb's to fens at 2:55 cet for alarm clock defence , after 2 days i meant it , hence my referrences to roleplaying

As I explained in one of the locked threads. We really did go out there to farm Mids as we had done for the past week. Every time we just let it see how far we were gonna get... Tonight we got a little further than expected.

I did have a RR planned for Saturday at prime time, unfortunally now I have to cancel. And tbh I would of rather have tried it with the set up I planned.

But yes you will get one of our relics back soon im sure, so stop whining and just do it already

How about monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday....saturday and finally sunday they did it. Every night between 3-6 am in the last week, Fensiliar has been attacked, and on sunday night, mids prolly gave up at 6am thinking "they gotta sleep sometimes?!?".

Did it and failed? That hardly sounds like a serious AC raid to me - more like 2fg of people who're up anyway having a crack at the relics.

An AC raid, as the name suggests, involves a bunch of people setting their alarm clocks and getting up insanely early deliberately to retake relics. They're not playing all night long. They're not, in fact, the kind of people who generally play late-night. That doesn't sound like what happened here.

And whered you get this 5 AC raids from btw?

Just counting up the number of times that Mids have done proper AC raids after losing relics primetime in OF. Go take a look at Nol's list of RR's, I'm sure it's around here somewhere.

I totally agree with the Albion's here - This wasn't a relic raid. They've been taking the same Fens tower and farming the Mids like the RP cows we are every night at the same time for the past week.

Myself, I got fed up after two nights of being twatted in 3 seconds of getting onto the roof and for the past few nights I've just not cared what they're up to - and this self same sentiment has spread throughout the late night Mids.

Eventualy the 2FG of fairly high RR Albs were gonna get the relic from the 2FG of insomniac RR3 Mids - they just wore us down so in the end most of us didn't bother showing up to defend.

We had 3FG at the tower at one point, then some buggered off to bed, ended up with 2FG entering the keep, then since there was only 1FG decent set up the rest pretty much buggered off.

We came back as 1FG and there were 4 or 5 albions who hide in trees behind the tower after it was taken and came in and helped us.

They should add a relic type thing for every tower as well - one that does something really minor like +1AF +1% RP +1% XP

Would make fighting over towers a bit more fun

Its all hiblets fault! At what? 5am? they took beno tower, i did /who and 29 level 50 online, i did /who hadrians and it was like 6? I moved there on my 43 Heretic and got a group invite! And some other low Levels (compared to 50 meaning high) were there as well, if not for the hibbies, nothing would have happened!

I don't think you should blame albs for doing an 'AC' raid. As alot of people have said its a 24/7 game, it doesn't matter what time you take, they got the job done, and a captured relic is a captured relic, so grats albs.

I'm not sad or bitter but yes, this feels quite normal for me...

Anyways what i call 'sad' is having lvl50 warlocks out in rvr within 1.5 days of live catacombs.

But that's just my humble opinion, and to each his own.
