Yes, it is a shame the real interesting guys have long gone from the game. In a way I suppose they were the driving force behind it all, with their personalities so powerful that many were driven to try to subdue them, but in the case of Thugs especially, were unable to do so. Still, you lived through such times and became aware of such guys - or such a guy - and surely that must account for a great deal. I mean without such as him what would the game have been? Would it have reached such heights and would it have stuck in your minds for so long? Hell, the guy was more than awesome - he was possessed if you ask me - possessed by something totally unique both in his game style and way (s ) of thinking. Me? I'm so glad I met him and shared his game play and hell even his thoughts for a while. A phenomenon.
