Your only right is to go on or to quit playing.
Except for that, they make and change the rules as they see fit.

Not really.
Ppl do pay a lot of money for the game. And 10 euros every month.
So we do have some rights.

If you think that think again. You know what you get, the rules are clear, if you do not like it, noone is forcing your money on them. You have a choise.

You are very wrong.
By changing Slobodans name Zargar showed that the rules are not clear at all.

The rules are perfectly clear to me - read the EULA.
If you pick a name that is offensive to someone and they ask for it to be changed, then it will be followed up.
If you believe one of the GM's to be using a name thats abusive to you - then report it on right now.
/yawn at pointless thread.

Commie, you have no case, give it a rest, nobody cares, truth be told.

So?
In what way are the murder of the Serb Prime Minister linked to a Daoc character with a common Yugoslavian name?
I repeat, he was _NOT_ named Slobodan Milosevic.

2. Yes, many ppl care. Read some of the over 300 replies.
They were continuing to be consistent in this when they changed Slob's name. They will not be consistent in this with regard your list because it would be downright anal to do so.
Go and grow up Commie, you're boring most of us now (and in fact have been for several pages). Oh... and I hope your post count rocketed when you spammed this over onto the Excal boards too, you child.
In short, STFU.

One thing thats very interesting in the replies here is when someone disagrees with my views.
Theres 2 kinds of answers from them.
2. The stupid ones. They dont agree so they reply with "STFU" "You are childish" "Noone cares" "Did you drop your toys" etc.
Those posts are really pointless since they do nothing.
They dont take the debate anywhere so why not just stop?

Maybe wer're just sick and tired of the NP winge, the topic and thread are pointless, read the EULA its all there, or haven't you mastered reading yet ?

The rule generally about "offensive" names is a bit borked. Im not 100% sure but I really really hope concidering something offensive requires more than just 1-3 reports... There should (I think there is) some sort of limit especially for these "gray area" materials. Get my point?
I dont know how many reports it took for Slobodan for his namechange, but generally if enough people say something, it concidered as truth. Of course this isnt bulletproof either but it's alot better than just 1 report = out.
And Generic, I find Slobodan as a name funny. It sounds when you say it, it looks funny and lurks ARE funny. Especially bald ones![]()

Yes the name Slobodan does suit Lurikeen, in a strange way. The first time I saw Slobodan the NS, I didn't think much of it... just another name.
Although reading his conversation with Zargar, shows Slobodan suggesting his Lurikeen was built to represent Slobodan M. (i.e. "Just look at him, he IS slobodan"). The only reference to a rl Slobodan is the war criminal, no where does he mention the character from the swedish movie (I looked around for pics of him and only found some chubby man with messed up blond hair, not a bald man <shrug>).
Anyway, going on what was said in the initial post, it does point to Slobodan's name coming for the Slobodan M. If it's any different or not, this will go on without coming any closer to the truth.
nearly fell out of my seat when reading that - thanks, cheared me up fitted in really well with the previous messages... nice one..
