Nope, Bush is. And God is talking to him in his sleep, telling him to attack other countries.

I'm not seeing the point of this thread really. American's will defend themselves and their president. The rest of the forums will call Bush a twat. Damn interesting stuff. It's all going to turn ugly soon enough...

After all, hes got 14,000 to prove hes hated.. cause he needs protection. lol
So what do you say about the pope who drives around in a bullet proof car with about 40 thousand guards at his side? lol he must be SATAN! the most hated man in the freekin world!

This shows a rather narrow view of the world and may account for some of the imnbalances in your perception of the way things are.

The pope IS one of the most hated people in the world he represents the Roman Catholic church which is far from universally adored.

Have you simply failed to ackowledge the exsistance of other religions or do you just not understand what they believe?

My posting was absolutely clear. I was illustrating the world from Mr. President Bushs eyes, since he claimed that God is talking to him, giving him the all knowing power to do what is right: bomb other countries.
I didn´t think that something as ridiculous as this would need a "Careful, Sacrasm!" sticker slapped over it. Apparently, for your mind it does. Sorry about this, will make it more clear for you next time.

I`m still amazed about your argumentation. Defending your country is fine. Hell, even thinking that Bush is a genius and defending his politics.. fine. What I don´t get is, how you can be so ignorant and blind about YOUR gouvernment manipulating you and lying to you. I don´t get how you are able to NOT see how disgusting the CNN muppet is, sitting on a tank, orgastically commenting what a great show this explosion just was. Can it really be true, that you´re absolutely un-critical? Hell.. Rumsfeld and Powell have ADMITTED that their so called "clear proves" were BS. Get it? They have admitted it! And your president says he´s talking to God.. and you´re swallowing this like the most normal thing on earth?

Tbh I really couldn't care less what the yanks do in other countries. It really is up to them if they want to be hated by the world even more than they are already.

What I do care about, however, is the fact that Blair is taking us (the British people) along with the Americans for the ride. We didn't want to go to war on 'terrorism'. But, for some reason, Blair has decided to make us a target for terrorism, as we saw today in Istanbul, by dragging us along with the Americans. This pisses me off deeply and tbh I couldn't care less if Bush and Blair got blown up tomorrow by a terrorist as, IMO, they have brought it on themselves.

I think we all missed out a very serious point .... we all really hate the french .... these tits have done nothing productive ever. They didn't even go to war when the germans invaded their own country and everyone had to bail them out ( except of course the french resistance, which i suspect was probably just english people living in france at the time ^^ )

And oh its funny how you (seeaira) think being the leading country in the arms race is a good thing, when theres already enough nukes etc out there to blow up the world several times over, they should cut that shit out, and put all their resources into renewable energy resources and improving 3rd world povety. ****s.

This shows a rather narrow view of the world and may account for some of the imnbalances in your perception of the way things are.

First off if you weren't able to tell I will point of the obvious, That quote reeks and oozes with sarcasm.
But lets look at some facts that you seem to be unaware of.

The pope IS one of the most hated people in the world he represents the Roman Catholic church which is far from universally adored.

Catholics made up 34.5% of the population. Today the figure stands at 41.4% and it still continues to rise.
That figure is world wide so that's almost half of the population! Now, you say he's one of the most hated man in the world? I doubt that... though I am not to found of him. So, I guess so be it if that's the case.

Have you simply failed to ackowledge the exsistance of other religions or do you just not understand what they believe?

I am totally aware of religious affairs and purpose to educate myself on them. So lets not go there ....

People seem to think that Americans walk around with some sort of ideology that we are the super power of the world and that we are the best!
That's not the case, im not the best and America isn't either. We fall short in a lot of areas and a lot of the government is corrupted. I don't agree with all the laws and many feel this way. BUT, we do walk around proud to be in this land and fighting for what we believe and that gives us some satisfaction, and we have the understanding we are a powerful nation... Its never wrong to be proud of who you are and where you come from.. What I get frustrated with is the people here who mock me for being proud. Well, I don't mind.. I have something to be proud of.. and that wont change.

And I have enough friends Chosen :p im not here to make friends or to loose them, im just saying how i feel about something without saying things like "BRITS ARE RETARDS" or "I dont care what brit thinks they are all nobodys" all that is dumb tbh and not worth a reply :p

And one last thing .. thorwyntf, I fyi I hate CNN.. they are too left.
I only watch FOX news.. and I never said my gov was perfect.

It's interesting that the American can openly admit they are developing more powerful weapons whilst they prevent other countries from doing so. There are serious consequences for attempting to develope nuclear weapons. However, countries such as Britain and America are for some strange reason alowed to keep theirs and justify the developement of further weapons as modifications to existing ones...

This has alot of american stuff on it as well. Basically claiming how they would not use/fund this technology as it would cripple all their oil companies.

They also *alledgedly* wanted a european scientist to develop weapons for their military using scalar wave technology, and when he refused and flew home ( found dead 3 days later ) the americans 'discovered' the technology for themselves. Though im not sure if that info is on that site, i'll have a look around and try and find it.

an interesting read, plus check out the cool name thing at top and run your cursor over it for pretteh patturnz.

I had realised you were being sarcastic in your statement about the pope, otherwise my post would no have made sense. You were jokingly saying the pope was the most hated man in the world. I was trying to point out that there is a fair ammount of hatred of him in the world, many people who hate him are very dangerous people hence his guard is due to the hatred, and the danger the hatred brings. Therefore, your sarcastic statement failed to prove that a large security presence would not be due to hatred.

According to moany sources Christianity (as a whole) is followed by 33% of the worlds population. So it is unlikely that 41.4% of the worlds population would be Catholic, since Roman Catholics account for about half of the worlds Christians

and for those that want a quick run-down, they have discovered, mainly by watching how nature has kept a stable ecosystem for so long, that alot more energy is gained from implosion ( opposite of explosion, aka fission and fusion etc ) or if you want to think of it as a vortex (you see how destructive tornadoes are and whirlpools?)

All molecules try and attain this state, thus why natural spring water is better for you than piped, as when contained they have no chance to attain this state, however, when you see a natural spring, the water twist in little vortexes and has much higher 'energy' levels.

But why would america, who have such a strong hold on the energy market at present invest in such technology... at least until all the resources have expired? Bah :(

41.4% is almost half of the population? Lol. Ok, let's look at the figures... the population of the world as it stands today is roughly 6,000,000,000. 41.4% of that would be 2,484,000,000 which is a good 516,000,000 people short of half the population. Five hundred and sixteen million.

Its in Bush's interest to not end this war. He needs to continue this 'crusade' and he needs a win. Bush was an unpopular President until the wars. 9/11 was the best thing that ever happened to Bush.

''Factoid: the MEG's development has been funded entirely by the inventors' savings and a few modest donations.

America's civilian nuclear technology cost a total of a trillion federal dollars yet delivers less energy than wood. The Economist says of nuclear power plants that “not one, anywhere in the world, makes commercial sense.”

Hot fusion research has received billions of dollars of Government money for over 50 years, AND HAS YET TO PUT A SINGLE WATT OF POWER INTO THE GRID.''

If you take the time to read who I was posting to (vireb) who said the amount of people protecting Bush PROVED he was hated... I was being sarcastic to HIM.. by saying that was CRAP. And thus for the pope thing..

So I think your reponce to point out how my sarcasum failed was a little off since you didnt take the time to see who i was talking about and just decided to make up stuff ..

And Lox.. 41.4% IS almost half of the world. thats 8.6% shy of... and so I dont get your point at all.. thats a hell of a lot of people.

Anyways.. anytime you see me in a thread talking about 2 handed or Americans get ready for it to be locked:p

Actually I did read the post to which you refer and I know you were being sarcastic to him.. Your statement was still flawed as the reason for the pope's guard is that there are people who would kill him (or those around him) the same is true of the security activity surrounding the American president's vist (all though not only in defence of his life, but to surpress riots, which would be a product of hatred and therefore valid towards the point I was trying to make)

Unless of course you were being doubly sarcastic and do yourself understand that the reason for the security was defence rather than a token of standing.

I corrected the name for you. Think of it this way, not all people who are catholic like the pope. I go to a catholic school, (NERF ME) even though I'm not catholic, and a lot of the people there don't like the pope. And yes, it's 8.6% from half the population, which doesn't sound like much, but when you look at the actual figures... 8.6% is 516,000,000 people. Which is a hell of a lot of people.

Most people who deal with statistics would not consider 41.4% nearly half, more would tend to refer to it as about 2 fifths.... but this is irellevant since the quoted figure of 41.4% is considered by most statistical sources to be far from the reality.

Oh, and as Alkoran pointed out... looking at some of the information... the Catholic population passed 1 billion in mid 2001. Let's assume it's still roughly 1 billion, that's (roughly) one sixth of the population of the world. Which, in percentage terms, would be 16.666%. Far from 41.4%.
