Is he a puppet ? fool ? or is he doing the right thing ?

In my View he is a puppet< wont get into that > now i agree that iraq did have an evil dictator and could only be removed by force but the war did go agasint the UN charter. The US and the UK should have gone threw the UN to over throw suddam in time .Instead they attacked a Soverign state just like Hitler did in 1939 or Stalin during his time as Ruler of Russia


Does anyone esle believe that George bush is acutally trying to stop terroism.I think he is on some level is it above or below the wishes of others in the US or is he just totally misguided in the way in which to fight Terrorism and are the UK also misguided ?. Northern Ireland should have been the uk's example on how terrorism cannot be stopped by force.

I only say This today because of His visit it to England and was intrested to see what english people have to say about it . So what have you got to say ? if anything

Bush claims to be fighting for freedom ?

How can he fight for freedom if he takes freedoms away from his captives which the US dont see as POWS but hes fighting a war on Terror?.

bush is gay-he went into iraq for the economic gains that it wuld give to the USA.
all he cares about his the Economic power that USA holds on the rest of the world, and a way to strenghthen that is to invade key countries with vast resources and effectively make it a US run state. Just so happens that USA firms are running iraq and getting shit loads of cash out of it and lots of oil is planned to be extracted to USA. but more importantly than all is that it increases US influence around the world. this fight against terroisimn is just a load of bullshit as an excuse to invade these countries. i mean how much persuasion did it take to get US to invade kosovo??? FAR MORE THAN IRAQ, and why cuz the economic gains were not as great. Thats why places like N korea arent dealth with, cuz it doesnt benefit America that much if they take it over.

Now im not here to get into any political debates and most of you probably can figure out im pro America.. ahem But the facts need to be said here.

Whether you like it or not Bush is the president and has done a damn good job imo but what makes me laugh is all the people moaning about what he's gotten away with and what he's able to pull off. And yes, imo he WILL be reelected and the polls show that.

Hmm you say he took how many police as his personal body guards when he came to the UK? wow.. shut down London??
I think the last time Tony Blaire was in America we gave him 3 security guards and shut down a starbucks. This speaks volumes of his power.. so :p

And on a side note im sick of people pointing a finger at America as IF THE UK didn't follow along. Duh... last time I looked we were on the same side.
Whether you like Bush or not doesn't matter, wither I think pigs should eat mud doesn't matter. Doing the right thing doesn't win popularity contests and Bush did what had to be done.. Going against the UN was disgraceful and showed me that the US has no respect for such organisations and is very overpowered.

Governments are scary and I wish it weren't so. They say we can change things with our votes but the "President" of the US is an example of how peoples votes mean nothing.

It's a sad and shitty world out there :( but also has much beauty to offer :)

The best I can do with it is to do the next right thing and contribute positively to society to the best of my ability.

world is run by 3-4 corperations bush + blair = puppets to them , those corperations want oil, bush + blair find a way to get it. its a simple story tbh , if bush + blair dont get it , corperations do economic crash and laugh while they reap the benefits. serious go back on most large componies they are owned by larger componies etc and it comes back to 3-4 big names :)

The US has the BEST and the WORST of everything in the world.

I got unnerved when you said the "US is here to stay" only because it's such a powerful country and it seems they can do what they like :(

I don't know all the ins and outs of the UN but surely a less powerful country acting against the UN would suffer great penalties?
