Havent got fm11 yet. Cant decide if it is worth while doing so.
But like Wonk says. I dont understand why people use someone elses tactics. I always build a tactic around how i want the team to play, and the players at my dispossal.

This is my own homemade tactic btw. I never use any others. Samoth = me. 21 = tactic number.

Plus you'll find in FM alot of formations do not differ from one another, those who frequent the usual boards (thedugout/fm base/sortitoutsi etc) know this, I read and test other then build my own based on that, the beauty of this year has been that my own super tactic of previous years doesn't work anymore, so forced a rebuild and this is what I ended up at, still not completely satisfied with it as although I dominate, I end up drawing most games.

Normally it is round about the 2nd week of February so that all the transfers are sorted. Only reason to do a interim patch would be if there was a game breaking bug there.

This. Ask if you want the tactic, cba to go into details atm but works in the idea of creating loads of chances and dominating possession, an example is this game.

Nah it's ok! Thanks tho. How are you using your AMR/AML? Various tactics i've used so far have been best with using inside forwards (leftfooted for right position etc), you getting same results or does your tactic work better with proper crossing wingers?

I have the set as true wingers, hug the byline, beat the man and then whip the ball into the box, found it works quite nicely if the players are pacey as both wingers are able to ping the ball to the far post for the other one to finish off. Never really used wingers since '07 however, miss my 4-3-1-2 from last version

Yeah I'm struggeling a little with it too. I can walk the league with your ManU's, Barca's/ Bayerns but am firmly mid table with my sunderland team even though I have a pretty decent team.

Done that on 09 I think it was.

-10 PA.
Started at about 110CA

and played for southend utd.
Wasnt long till all the big clubs were after him because he ripped apart the opposition and scored tons. lol. That game didnt last long, got a bit boring.

Did that before, put myself in a BSN side and got signed half way through the season by spurs. Couple years down the line I bought myself for £65million for Inter, ended up scoring the winner for England at WC2018 also.. bonus .

Last time I did that was about 6 years ago I think, problem was although I was a striker, I'd given myself such good stats I kept getting played in defence and midfield as well - I was just better than every other player.
