Kilo is nothing probably water ..... Very very occasionally I indulge in some Collins deluxe fruit cake (c. 80 cals per 40 grams) all shitty sugar and nuts.., it fucks me over for one or two days then the water releases and I get a big loss.

I did an epic workout at the gym today.... 10 warm up, 40 weights, 20 cardio. Then a latte immediately followed by 2 egg omelette with oats, red devil Snowdonia cheese, red onions. and peppers yummeh!

Cardio and Pilates tomorrow and then travel EURGH ;/

haha I've stopped trying to understand water now: between yesterday and today I've lost 700 grams by drinking massive amounts of tea, water and coffee and eating a carb laced meal. does not understand! anyway, back to weighing once a week for me!

Water: 208.8 saturday night after getting back from ski trip, this morning 198.2. Pretty sure 99% of that is water :p
I obv was non-keto all week, and loaded up on ze good old water.

I think if you start a new diet / weight loss program you are better off weighing yourself at the start, then 1 month in and then on a weekly basis. You can fluctuate so much it's not worth doing it on a daily basis IMO.

troo dat. the relationship with the scales one gets really blows. tbh my only 'real' weigh point is the monday morning one after which I phone my mum and tell her the good news. then she berates me, tells me about the neighbor's cats, asks me why I called, berates me again and hangs up the phone. that aside, I can't help weighing myself every morning: during the week I have found the weight can fluctuate by a good kilo or two: last monday I was 87.9, this morning I was 88.1, two days ago I was 89.7. No idea what's going on there 0o

I am a control freak I have to weigh myself daily for several reasons
1. I want to track water fluctuations against my time of the month and see whether the small increase I have (or stay the same if I am in abstention) occurs at the same time as I feel hormonal ... It doesn't ...
2. To feel in control
3. To feel in control
4. To feel in control

I struggle when I am away as I am not able to weigh myself (in hotels) but will weigh myself if I am in some ones house :p

tmi, and meh. I don't care about control: whatever happens is ultimately up to me anyway, and the rest is all random as hell :)

The number is irrelevant though! It's how you look. A 5'5 and 5'10 girl may both want to weigh 8 stone but the taller person will look much thinnet

Sometimes the fast day is really bloody hard. Looking forward to the baked butternut squash and goats cheese thang that my g/f occasionally cooks on fast days. I could easily eat a double portion of it because goats cheese is such a small thing for the number of calories it contains but she'll moan if I insist on something less calorifc per volume. And it does taste fucking glorious.

In the meantime I've simply got to sit here in the knowledge that there's loads of lovely grub in the house that I'd love to chow on right now :(

Nothing all day but water or black tea/hippie tea/coffee Appollo . Then in the evening something that is ~450-500kcal. Hopefully not too high on protein either but I'm not a stickler for that.

I make a red lentil dal with mushrooms and tomatoes quite a lot and have it with a tiny amount of rice and a sprinkling of spring onion. That's my favourite tbfh as it's very filling. The bird is downstairs now cooking some butternut squash/courgette/tomato/goats cheese thing to go with salad. Sometimes I have a piece of fish of some description with a small baked potato + salad.

I tend to do the dal a lot simply because it's a doddle and I fucking love Indian food.

If you want a load of recipes that you can search by the number of calories then use a spam mail account to join this for 24 hours and print off a load of recipes you like the look of and wang 'em in a folder :)

I have:

Breakfast: porridge (made with water) and raisins
Lunch: banana
Dinner 1: 2 pieces toast (50 cal each) 2 poached eggs
Dinner 2: couscous, dal, chicken

Green tea/water all day

Yeh from M&S, but hocks nimble which is bigger is 56 per slice iirc.

Still can't really do any cardio w/ my ankle injury, but still losing weight. Down to 195.6
3.3lbs more and I'll have lost 50lb since august.

This is what pisses me off the most about a cold now. I used to be all 'meh, off work and play video games' but I was just getting pretty good running times when it came along this time. A week off and I feel like a slob.

Yeah man... :( also, spent yesterday in bed, whereas I can't really afford it re school and stuff. I'm letting my group at school down and feel pretty bad :-/

Inflamed tendon in groin is making baby Jesus cry (running 4.5 miles doesn't help much either).

I've taken a rest from running for the last 3 weeks. Achilles pain only just subsiding. Surprisingly managed to find at least an hour of cardio a day at the gym (before my stupid cold).... slowly getting bored now though.

Looks like I probably have some reasonably bad supination of my left foot. Not sure how I fix that without a fucking cyborg leg.
