tom slap a larger hdd in it you should get a lot more for it.

used to love mine, damn shame Tivo left the uk market, tho there are rumours they may start doing freesat hd boxes in the enar future

apart from now, where it sold immediately with 1 bid......and the buyer is no longer a member of ebay,.........strange?

turned out it was some nigerian scamming ****.

im reluctant to put it back on incase it happens again and i have to pay money again for nothing.

You'll always get your money back if you're properly protected via PayPal and you'll lose nothing. Re-list with strict buyer requirements (UK only, only bidders with so much feedback, only bidders registered over so many months etc)

i got final value fee or something but i still had to pay for listing.

You got stiffed then, you're entitled to a full refund of all listing fees etc. I'd speak to Ebay/Paypal if I was you.

ive already paid it now as they made a demand for the money and i assumed if i didnt it may affect my credit or something :(

could they still do something now ive already paid it?

no need to worry anymore yaka.
i sent them a message anyway and as a courtesy theyve credited the insertion fee back to what i assume - my ebay account rather than bank account.
