Beta within the next 2 weeks?

Surely early January means sometime in the first 2 weeks of January seeing as there is only 4 weeks in the month?

I personally think it's gonna start around the 10th.

MxO is out in January, and Face of Mankind is begining open beta at the end of January.

Will be interesting to see how Bliz time it. So far, they've been downright awful in relaying information to their customers.

first it was 'december' then it was 'late december/early january', beta won't be there for another 2 weaks I think...

Yep it was pretty clever one by Blizzard. If people were doing normal pre-orders and release was taking time, they might cancel the orders. But now that they've already shipped the beta key and the final game will come when it will, nobody can cancel or return them anymore and they have all the time in the world to finish it without any preorder cancellings. Clever one Blizzard....

EG- I pre ordered from Game.net i then went and got a key from a game store.

About 4 days later i got a game.net Pre order key through the post from game, i canceled my game pre order about a day earlier..so would have been after they shipped the key...but before it reached me.

I've now got a order open with gameplay.

Reason i changed...in the past game have pratted about delivering stuff to me.

So you can still cancel after they send the final beta key as i did....but without knowing i had....clear as mud

gameplay is sending them out now, because they just got them :/. Off course Blizzard might have waited with FB till gameplay got their keys or send them later to gameplay because FB wasnt gonna start anyway. However FB doesnt have to start, because gameplay is sending the keys out.

in Finland u can sent that preorder cd key to company where u bought the game and they will lower retail price to u so u totally will be paying 44.90€ .

but if u dont sent the key back and still order the game from same company u will be paying 15€ more.

imo preorder cd key beta stuff is just stupid atm.
if u preorder game u will get fb key for free and have spot in fb, rest can try signing in to beta and maybe get it or maybe not.

that would be simply enough to customers imo.

and fb will start in january at least hopefully inside 1st 2 weeks
