Arse.

Yet i am still not unhappy. Even those 2 loses (big FUCKING games) i am still honestly happy with the team. Its been a rollercoaster ride and as far as i am concerned arsenal still have had an amazing season. Im utterly fucking gutted but still happy. Make sense?

Flame away/piss take liberally.

I was a Chelsea supporter for night, and it was good fun seing Arsenal getting beaten.

Could have gone either way in the first half, but since only Duff was making things happen, Arsenal were the better team overall... when Jesper Gronkjær came on, it really made the difference... attacking on both sides.

Was a very good game, quite enjoyed it.

I think Chelsea can win the Champions league now.... Chelsea wouldn't be able to beat Real, but they should be able to beat Monaco.

If Arsenal had won, they could probably have gone all the way....

Anyway, guess The Wenger Boys will have to be happy with the premiership.

Bloody good game, better than any of the Arsenal v Man U efforts of late anyway. Arsenal really should have won it with some of the chances Henry wasted but they pretty much conceded defeat by taking Henry off. The second half Ranieri made the perfect move in replacing Parker for Gronkjaer, it kept Arsenal at bay down the left which was where Cole and Pires were getting so much space to run forward with the ball and get crosses in so it almost completely nullified the threat. I love Ranieri so I'm glad Chelsea won, I think they would be able to beat Monaco but then again Real Madrid couldn't and nor could Deportivo La Coruna. It's interesting how French football seems to be in the ascendancy again after many years in the wilderness.

Anyway, one of the best games I've seen for awhile and as a big fan of Ranieri, it's the best thing that could have happened for him. I just hope he keeps his job and this ridiculous situation goes away, unfortunately I don't think it will.

listened to the game tonight @ work and have just finished watching the highlights. It was a great match with the 'right' result. I enjoyed the Chelsea fans chanting "Where's the Treble gone? Where's the Treble gone?"
I always suspected Henry had a slight injury (after being on the bench on Sat) especially after seeing Gallas beating him to several through-balls which Henry would normally sprint through and score from.
Nice moment at the final whistle were Ranieri shed a tear, I think the result would be made that little bit better if in the next 24-48 hrs Mr Abramovich or Mr Kenyon came out and said that Ranieri would be keeping his job next year.

Premiership - Chelsea
FA Cup - Millwall
Champions League - Porto

 no chance but it might be worth a quid at Ladbrokes

The Champions League is AC Milans. :D

Have to agree with you there mate. People kept saying Arsenal Real final and I'm afraid AC are still a better side than them both, they have a good squad and that what Arsenal dont have depth. That IMO will show against Liverpool & the Toon without Henry!

I share the same views as Doomy really, I was more disapointed at losing to Utd at the weekend compared to losing to Chelsea last night... Chelsea had a stormer of a game and it was brilliant to watch.. Chelsea are far better to watch than Utd... Henry was subbed because of an injury, this has been confirmed to be some hamstring trouble I believe... I don't think removing him caused the loss.. in the last 20minutes or so we just seemed to stop attacking at all.. and I don't think just Gronkjaer caused that.. the midfield went down the pan a bit and Pires was halted... Ljunjberg was being a star down the right really pushing himself to give us some momentum but he just didn't seem to have the support he needed.. I'm chuffed with Reyes' performance though, he had some fantastic touches that were even faster than Henry's flick on's... he deserved the goal and I have to say no Henry will soon not be a worry for Arsenal once Reyes fits in a bit more... and to think he's got at least another 10 years of playing in him, can't wait to see how he improves.. definitely one for the future.

I was disapointed we lost to Utd as they seemed to play pretty pap with the only interesting player being Ronaldo... I just dislike the way Utd play, it seems far more boring than a Chelsea/Newcastle/Arsenal style...

I hope Chelsea go on to win it and Ranieri is a top chap, I hope they don't get rid of him...

Just have to hope we continue and take the Prem title... no one can say we haven't earned it this season. Not even a slimy Spurs lover like Jonaldo :)

The Chelsea Arsenal CL encounter was top drawer - it was good to see that Arsenal really aren't as almighty as the British media made them out to be. In fact, in the second half they were horrendous. I was a Chelsea fan on the evening and have bought a Chelsea top since - solely on the basis of last tuesday's match. Well, not solely, I want to get Ranieri 1 put on the back, but that might take a while to get round to doing.

I need a new British club, supporting Juve is obviously brilliant, but another team a bit closer to home would also be nice. I refuse to go back to being a Dundee United fan again even tho they're doing well this season, as in this case doing well means 7th in the Scottish Premier League. Er thanks, but no thanks. I've had a soft spot for Chelsea since their Italian imports of the mid-90's (sorry but Vialli and Zola were the two best players in the league at the time, apart from maybe Le Tissier. And Tony Yeboah for those two goals. Anyway I digress), so if by the start of next season i'm chanting "CHELSEA CHELSEA", don't be particularly surprised.

I may be a dirty glory-seeker, but the way see it, after 15 years as a fan of the "mighty" Arabs (Dundee United), I think I deserve it tbh.

Picking and choosing your teams kind of defeats the point of being a football fan for me, but most people do that nowadays anyway...

Agree, half the point of supporting a team is that you stick with them no matter what, surely?

Yeah you should stay loyal to your team really... if you must pick one from miles away then stick with it for good.. but ideally a local team from your birth area and stay with it! :p

Ranieri is great but what the fuck was he doing yesterday, oh and haha at big Ron... calling Desailly a fucking ****** is just brilliant :p

Maybe the british team believe Arsenal is almighty due to the 33 unbeaten record in the premiership.. To me, that is pretty fucking almighty. Hardest game left IMO is probably Tottenham (cough) and MAYBE Portsmouth. How about all season chappy?

Feel free to jump on the chelsea boat, a lot of others are aswell
