One of my best was my very first 1on1 with my lvl 23 berserker in Uppland. It was vs some orange con Mincer who i can't remember the name of (Joxer or something). I won with 1% hp left, and my pulse was lethal high. After that moment i was hooked...

Other stuff that im not very proud of, but was indeed funny when it happened.
- When i killed 2 FG hibs with my BD (OF) and shortly after when i had used MCL a FG albs came with i got aswell (idiot class, i know).

- When i was killed/zerged on my SB Frag by 14 infils/scouts (counted on screenshot).

- When I added on AD in OF Odin's Gate when they fought a FG mids. If you only could hear their whine after. Lasted for month.. Then i joined the guild somehow..

- And when i played my heretic and landed a 2105 focus tic on a Hero in a hero/bard duo. Neighter the hero or bard interupted me. He died btw

Funniest moment is deffo after Bradlex had qq'd here about Synergy buff shearing him when he had spent 15 minutes getting to Boldiam. Guess what, we found him in Emain, argued like fuck about who was going to do the dastardly deed, buff sheared him then mezzed so Xroo could weapon debuff him too

just about sums up what a bunch of cocks you are.

One of my best memories was playing way back before the first patch came in. Albs had gone to Midgaard - Bleedmer and had taken the keep and we knew Mids would come and take it back.
I was only a Level 25 merc and real life mate had a level 17 cabalist - rest of the albs were 45+.
Still can remember the shakes as those mids poured up the hill and the adreneline rush of short bowing them for 1 point of damage!

Absolutely pissed myself when my mate (Who'd spent some 15 minutes postitioning himself on the outside of the main tower on some ridiculously small ledge) accidently pushed forward on his key pad as the main gate feel and plummeted to the ground taking an exp death! He never did get to earn any rpees!!!! But the constant tells of 'looooollll' and 'roflmao' made up for it

Priceless memories that beat any of the bullshit that is daoc these days - back then it was less serious and far more fun

1st Is prolly on my shade when rr2 beating Shatterhand after he got a pa onme out of stealth running through aragmon , som procced on pa so no damage was done with cd so i just purge2+battler debuff and beat him ... just

2nd Is Beating Brad hands down on my shade last sunday evening , kinda cheered me up as rvr was shit all day .. i got abit lusky maybe with full pa chain no ip/rr5 ability up for him i guess

3rd Is playing from home on my 44kbps dialup modem in penning when my shade was rr3 , i spot 2 infils killing padfoots and w8 for them to finish killing the one they are on and pa my target and land chain to drop him , then i kill his afk till 50% hp m8 , not bad for a rr3 unbuffed shade lagging like fuck ... turns out infils were Stabz and a rr6 m8 , Slyness or smt

4th And last is also @ home on dialup buffed duoing with lick when lick pops Arwena and gets fzed , i garrote/ah her as she hits lick in fz and get her to 40% hp b4 stabz pops and kills lick while i have arwena on 10% hp , i am on 40% hp as i kill arwena and stabz on about 65% hp starts laying into me , afew evades and som procs later i leave both dead with full rps ... soz lick ... i tried :'(

Thats about as much as i can remember on rr4 shade for the min

And about memories..

I could spend days here writing things , but i would like one day to talk with somepeople that have played almost or at least as much as me , and remind all those fun moments and times that we have lived in those years playing DAoC .

Definately! Back then it was all bliss and fun. Today DAoC lost most of its charm, it's flat and boring, and you constantly seem to worry about things like "omg I have no buffs I can't do anything, better log off", or worry about not attacking the lowlifes who cry to their friends and how they gonna badmouth and slender you on Freddy's and constantly add on you. It's all crap these days really!

But ehrm to stick to the topic, best moments would be 3 years back when I started playing my first char on my brothers account whenever he didn't play himself. Every night in old Thidranki was a real thrill, especially the keep takes, and it took me like 2 weeks of first time ever RVR until I couldn't port back in any longer. Greatest fun ever.

Hm I have lots of good memories. Nearly all of them while running Eclipse guild group in OF.

I remember this one time we were going towards when we saw a DC alb take to open df there was like 50 or so albs running around and all you could hear on TS and in chat was OMG TOO MANY etc etc then some how we killed them all. I did have a screenie at the end I think there was me Latino and Lourker still left standing and everywhere you could see was dead albs wish I had been using framp ><

Other good memories was running around of with Redb on my ns and killing groups of 4-5 that was funny.

And my other funnest moment was playing Rambo just before toa came out I think I played him for a week or so and that char was just insane I remember killing high rr hib trios on my own and taking out 3 hunters and 2 sbs solo was such a insanly overpowered char. Think I made around 100k in 2 days in OF did have loads of insane dmg screenies from playing Rambo but lost all them too :<

So many good memories!

Best one was ofc going to Odins for the very first time with my theurg Zlair at lvl30ish loooong time ago. Went with Feyd, Stephen, Spiral and Loxleyhood (i think he was there too). Lvl range in grp was around 20-35. The adrenaline rush from meeting the first mids EVER was just... amazing! (I died ofc, but the others killed the mids, even tho 1 of them was red con )

Then ofc all the rush I got from spam-killing with Meduza years after my first RvR experience. Cant even mention all of the kewl action I had both xp-lvling Meduza in PvE and rp-lvling Meduza in RvR. And always in Odins ofc!

Most of my best memories was unfortunately while being solo. But Loxleyhood and I sure stacked up a couple of good memories together One Im sure Elajt remembers, when the 3 of us killed a fg of mids twice in Odins... Sure laughed alot there. Or when Lox and I spam killed the hib stealth zergs countless times

I always started out solo/duo (with Lox, sometimes Stabz). But as the hib zerg increased in numbers, and we got out-numbered 3:1, we brought in a few extras to even out. It's rly a shame that most of the hibs back then never wanna admit that.

But hib zerg or not - I still have fond memories of playing a stealther in Odins back then (even tho I sometimes hit the keyboard a little to hard from time to time )

I was one of the stealthers in odins who feared u, thing is we had like 1 BB in that zerg u guys ganked, and tbh proning semibuffed/unbuffed might be nice but not liek infis was balanced with 30 min purge and 9 sec anytime stun with high dmg
