I never said I didn't think anyone had any reason to not be able to vote to the last minute, of course there will always be people in that situation but I don't think the fact that you had to wait for your missus to get in from work, go see a friend in hospital and then find your polling station means that everyone else who was voting at that time of night couldn't have possibly turned up at any other point in the approx 15 hours that polling stations were open.
So, you don't think that of the thousands that voted, the few hundred who turned up for vote at a later time (but still ON TIME) may not be in the same sort of situation as me?
Hundreds, out of thousands, seems perfectly normal to me. And they should have been allowed to vote. This is a fuck up of our shitty electoral system, plain and simple.
