Not if the US attacks first - I can imagine that happening, even if NK were ready to launch the Americans would probably strike the pad and then invade, then NATO wouldn't have to get involved, but they probably will.

If nukes did get launched aye, keeping in mind I believe North Koreas nukes are less powerful than those used in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.. which obviously would still be powerful, but not on the scale people are thinking. That said, if nukes were to get launched I doubt they'd come from anyone else other than NK and USA, I don't think China and Russia want the world retaliating with nukes against them.

Nope, well, not necessarily, bit like how the UK couldn't call on NATO for the Falklands war, if NK attacked Guam it would be outside treaty because it's a dependency (ironically the US insisted on this rule when NATO was set up to stop European members using the treaty to protect their empires). If NK attacked the US directly, then NATO is on the hook.

North Korea is just playing its usual game, they're not going to launch anything. The propaganda is not for us, it's for the North Koreans. Nobody is going to do anything, China certainly doesn't want to have to pay to fix the country, I imagine South Korea doesn't either. More than likely they haven't, so at the moment they could fire conventional explosives, which would be like whatever.
If they fired a missile towards America, they would be smouldering wasteland before it landed, I'm pretty sure US nuke subs are all over the area.

I was under the impression the US ICBM Anti-missile system (GBM) was still in test. They've got stuff like Patriot, Aegis/Standard and THAAD but they're all for short to intermediate range missiles.
