Trump got to the White House with his arrogant businessman attitude and thinks he can just carry on acting that way now he is POTUS. All of the macho office bullshit mannerisms hes still using (the handshakes etc.) like he thinks that will score him points.

Its painful to watch him floundering along, from one disaster to the next whilst he drags the US down a sinkhole with him.

The wall will never happen. It will take them 3-4 years to even get out of the planning stage, and that will cost a fortune. He'll never get a second term and it will be scrapped as Trumps great folly.

The wall is planned in 3 phases, the first 2 of 26 and 151 miles respectively have a very high probability of getting built.

It is phase 3, the remaining 1080 or so miles on private and or inaccessible land that may prove the stumbling block! I'm not sure Trump himself believes it'll happen, but imagine that he's hoping that his voters will be happy with the first 177 miles and will have lost interest after that.
