No president has ever been this unpopular this quickly after inauguration (they usually peak at the start and then become more and more unpopular throughout their presidency) and no president has ever had this many lawsuits brought against them either. Not forgetting all of the lawsuits he already had against him before he was President.

Interestingly, he has also continued to use his own security force instead of relying on the secret service. So he basically has an unswayable private army in the event of a coup attempt.

...

Sigh, here you go again deflecting and trying to belittle. The point is that you never put your hands up and admit when you're wrong, despite repeatedly saying that you're happy to put your hands up and admit when you're wrong. You always try and wriggle out of it and change the intent of earlier posts (how you wish you could go back and edit those too, I bet) or deny that you said something. You argue and argue and argue and then, when it finally dawns on you that you can't talk your way out of it (which is usually a good while later than when it dawned on everyone else), you resort to "omfg I can't believe you're still going on about this, loner/virgin/etc". It's pretty pathetic.

buuut, I didn't mention 9gag, the point was clearly about him sharing a 9gag jpeg and the usual response to such a crime...It's not my fault you're mental.

And edit, because I find it hilarious that you get so agitated by a 10 minute edit timer. If you want to whine like a dodgy fanbelt all day, go ahead :)

Despite campaigning that he was going to stick it to the bankers and Wall Street it turns out that Trump wants to roll back the financial protections that the republican and democratic parties came together to implement after the 2008 crash.

So. He's right in the pocket of the bankers. How do you feel about that @Job?
I didn't believe that one bit..is the whole thing to establish greater power with people he feels are more competent or has he really had an old age ephiniy and decided to back the poor, probably not going to work of course either way, but who knows how globalisation will ultimately play out, there are much greater forces on the horizon..maybe blind luck will pull America through..though my bet is military might will do it.

Its not about globalisation, not directly. What Trump is attempting to do is protectionism.

No, you didn't explicitly say the word 9gag but but you went out of your way to agree twice (once by rating, once by saying "Agreed"). Why does it matter whether you said it or not? When you agree with someone saying something, you are saying what they said by extension. What a childish defence. And the point was what I said the point was in my previous post.

I don't give a shit, it just means that you absolutely can't be trusted to have a fluid conversation (ie <10 minutes between posts) without scurrying back and editing your previous replies to add bits or change their intent. It makes you look like you're frothing at the mouth so much when you post that you can't get it all down in one go. Which is probably one of the reasons why several people have had the impression that you're full of anger. Oh, yeah, that, and all the vitriol.

Which makes it even more confusing that May and co think they can get a meaningful trade deal with America under Trump's watch.

That doesn't really answer my question: How do you feel about it? How do you feel about Trump being in the pockets of bankers. Do you feel that makes him a bit of a wanker or are you still full of admiration for him?

Grown adults shouldn't need to rely on a gimmick like that. Grown adults are able to control their actions. /done

We're adults ffs there should be no need to ignore other users. I think there's a certain expectation of maturity and etiquette. And particularly not deliberately baiting people in to a reaction.

I know..I'm saying will protectionism be the way forward in a world where globalisation may become redundant.
Who knows

One should not have to put up with page after page of tedious nitpicking either.

Anyway, if you agree to stop picking on every tiny, irrelevant little detail I will agree to stop treating you like a ballsack.

Makes you wonder if they allowed Iran to build nukes on purpose just so they'd have an excuse to invade them later.

They aren't that bothered about most of it, only the bits about guns.

Speaking of which! he's removing a lot of the good work Obama set up for gun control too, namely the mental health checks etc.

This question was asked to a lot of Trump supporters nad their answer mainly was, at least he's not a politician,
I know you like to class Trumpers as rednecks, but they are not stupid about people and money and know the realities of life as well as anyone.
A billionaire is pretty likely to be in the club, in fact other billionaires are probably the people he most relates to, he is in their pocket, just in a slightly different way.
It doesn't make him a twat, just greedy.

I admire him for getting where he is..not the money, but pulling off that win takes a hell of a lot of effort, and he did it his way, off the cuff, little spin and in your face lies.
He's not particularly right wing, his mannerisms, behaviour and thoughts are pretty well mr average annoyed, old man.
I admire him for taking all that anger across America right to the Whitehouse, there are so many built in forces trying to keep the status quo and I admire him for shooting from the hip, which would have normally ended his nomination.

So his actions in office don't affect your opinion then? Just thefact that he made it there is enough?

The fact that he's demonstrably in the pockets of bankers, for example, when he said he was going to drain the swamp? That not knock your opinion of him?
