Tribes 2 installing + Unhandled exception when running - help!

**UPDATE**

Ok i've got it working. Just in case anybody wants to try this:
1) Complete fresh install using Win2k.
2) Rebooted into 98SE, installed Sierra Update patch
3) Ran Sierra Update, when it asks to download the 22337 patch, pointed to the file on my hard disk.
4) thats it

It seems to have nothing to do with 6.50 nvidia drivers either.

Ok story so far:

Had Tribes 2 working with the 22228 patch. I had to install it in Win2k though because it hung every time when installing with 98SE. But once it was installed it ran perfectly in 98SE.

Now i've done a fresh install in 2k again, installed the 22337 patch, but every time i try and run it in 98SE i get the old unhandled exception crap.

I'm running a GeForce 2 GTS with the recommended 6.50 drivers in 98, but still it won't work. Any ideas?

Can anyone tell me how to install it in 98SE without it crashing? Ta

you got dual OS on same HD?? i have and tried installing T2 on both but it didnt like it so left it on W98se.
