I'd put money on him getting another niggle again, and spending more time partying it up in Prague.

I'm sure i read a head doctor had fixed him now and that his last few problems were mainly mental.

Mental my arse; have you been to Prague? You'd never want to leave, especially if you had the kind of cash he does :p

Skybet?

Franck Ribery's club after Summer Transfer Window - Win
Refresh odds Add to Basket Bet now
Liverpool 8/13 Man Utd 25/1
Bayern Munich 2/1 Barcelona 25/1
Chelsea 6/1 AC Milan 50/1
Real Madrid 8/1 Inter Milan 50/1
Man City 25/1 Arsenal 66/1

Does that mean that Liverpool is the lowest odds (in sweden we use 1.20 or 2.00 etc) for Ribery according to Skybet? I wouldn't place my money there :p

Delph is class, don't know why he isn't in the premiership at the moment.

aye, i dont know why he hadnt been snapped up yet... been linked to so many prem clubs, and think it was in January he was linked with a £10m or so move to Man Utd that didnt actually happen.

Very good potential in the lad and would like to see him ply his trade with the big boys, see what he is made off.

Haven't seen enough of him to judge to be fair but the video shows some real potential.

I'm glad he's scoring again but the quality of defending/goalkeeping in that video is like a pub a team

It doesn't really matter. He'll score whenever he's getting a chance. I've never seen better stats than his, in modern football.

Youtube makes Ameobi seem class, Delph imo is nothing more then CCC at best.

Maybe. I understand that some former Villa players have recommended him to our scouting team and that he's been watched a few times. However this is all second hand and could be bollocks.

He looks very tasty in those clips though, some excellent finishing.

Skybet have been decreasing the odds because of unusual betting on Ribery to Liverpool, they said about 30 people kept putting large bets on, getting larger each time the odds decreased.

his contract is crazy... gets a free villa and car and 6 mill after tax ove a period of years lol

6 million after tax over 3 years is about £38k a week, not massive wages for a footballer.

Seeing as his options over here would have been midtable sides? I would think 38K a week and a house in spain sounded nice :)

BBC SPORT | Football | My Club | E | Everton | Everton finalise Jo loan switch
Everton get Jo -think this is a great move for them this season, with the Yak back, Saha and Anichebe all fit there will be some real depth to Moyes attack for once. If Everton manage to keep everyone fit I think they will be the shoe in for 5th and the most serious challenger to the top 4 out of themselves, Villa and City.

BBC SPORT | Football | Europe | Alonso remains a target for Real

Madrid make the Alonso chase public.....
