It was on Soccernet earlier, as for Sneijder yes he would be a superb signing.

Barry is an excellent player. Different sort of player to Alonso but undoubtedly excellent. If he was "inferior" I doubt Benitez would have been such an utter **** all last Summer about Barry.

Oh and I'm not so sure about Veloso. I thought he had a terrible season last year and could only get games playing at full back?

Barry is a good midfielder, do not get me wrong, but Alonso is younger and far more talented -he has been improving as a player every year. As for Veloso, he is still only 22, he has great potential.

Mainly right although I have seen him use his left to cross at times and also to cut inside when on the right wing. He isn't Ronaldo though, he favours his right alot more and is more direct when playing on the wing.

I always kind of liked Guiterrez after being forced to watch the Georgies all season, never seems to get tackled but unfortunately also has a pretty crap final ball.


Apparently we are still planning on making a big signing this summer, to be honest i'm quite happy with our squad already, its looking quite strong but a "marquee name" will be welcome as long as it's no Shevchenko II.
