ToA-key problems

My friend is having some problems with making a new account. He ordered ToA a few days ago from megastore.se and recieved it today but when he tries to create the account he gets a error message:

"Your subscription failed because the provided cdkey is already burned. Please
try again with a new cdkey!"

None of us has any idea what to do, he said he sent a mail to GOA but maybe someone else on FH has had the same problem and knows what to do.

Personally I'd make a phone call to the retailer you bought it from and request another CD key.
