The bounty was in Iraq, so less likely to be the motivation for the guy who did it. Also the guy who killed both of them (sniper dude and his mate) was with them because they were attempting to help him with his PTSD. With that in mind, I think it was either an argument or some episode related to his PTSD(note I've no idea how PTSD manifests so I don't know how likely this is).

My parents live in a six bedroom detatched house on a lump of land that could easily house a large family and produce a couple of tonnes of veg a year. What do they do with it? Plant flowers and have parties. Fair enough, they earned it (and I like going back there to chillax) but it's a monumental waste of very high quality housing stock.
