Yes. On the other hand, there are some definite advantages in having a circular computer from a thermal efficiency pov (although not so much from a space under your desk pov).

It is weird looking but it is powerful and not that big. I would love to see one in the flesh to see how quiet it really is. But the solicitors firms and people who buy a Mac just to have a Mac will love it as it stands out. Also the change in color is going to mean the same morons need to spend a fortune on black 30 inch monitors too

The boy doesn't want to get out of the car when his dad brings him back to the mother's house. Police are called (by the mum I think). The boy says he is scared and she has hit him before and put her hands round his neck.

It's interesting (and sad) stuff. I thought the police did well tbh, it's gotta be a bit of a headfuck for them to try to deal with.

yes. it's pretty well known about Everest. afaik if you're fucked in the death zone then you *will* die, regardless of what others do to try to save you. clue is in the name really.
