My mate's a landlord, bit of a jack the lad with around 200 properties, he's pretty handy as well 15 stone 6ft, all muscle, kickboxer, you get the picture.
So he knocks on one of his houses at 7am to get he 800 quid they owe him, the tenant shouts 'fick off' out the window (he's a pikey) so he shouts something mildly aggressive back, the front door opens and the guys son launches at my mate with an 8 inch kitchen knife trying to stab him in he face.
So he's rolling around on the floor holding his arms and the teneant comes out and starts kicking him, then his wife joins in , all three are shouting will fecking kill you and burn your house down.
So he get's up and floors the old guy then boots the knife weilder in the head about three times to stop him, the wife is trying to gouge his eyes out.
All three run off, the coppers turn up and say 'well it seems you go the better of them , probably best to leave it at that, being pikeys an all'
Of course he will find them.
