native rez is a bit on the low side for such a large monitor mate. A mate's just gotten the Dell U2711, and he says it's amazing and I do trust him even though he's Australian. A (Dutch) review site gives that Illy 4*'s where the Dell gets 5. Ofc, the Dell is about two times the price of the Illy as well...

The U2711's are amazing, I have 4, but they are bloody expensive but that's to be expected for 2560x1440 native resolution IPS screen and factory calibrated colour.The new U2713 model come out at the end of September, a LED version that runs much much cooler. I may need to upgrade

Convert to local currency for list price. Of course it's best to wait for the usual Dell & 3rd party sales. Or talk to your Dell account manager if you have one I've got all my U2711's that way with a huge discount.
