Is it a per capita measure that includes outsourced manufacturing?

It's still good news, especially as the technology exists to allow "dirtier" countries to lower their emissions much more quickly than developed nations could (because that technology didn't exist 20-30 years ago).

I imagine however it's calculated the end result would be flawed in some way shape out form, I just thought it was pleasantly surprising.

Not belittling your point in any way - because you're rightly pointing out outrageous practices that disgust us.

However, 25% of every penny that we get from selling offshore permits goes straight to Charlie, along with loads of other things. No actual inheritance tax paid, even what is "due" doesn't get collected. They veto our laws, their kids inherit the same rights without working for them.

I think we should fix our home. If we can't do that, we've got no hope of fixing abroad. And we can't even get people on this forum, never mind joe public, to agree that the royal family are effectively exactly the same sort of thieves. Even worse really, because we're conditioned from birth to think they're fucking great (and enough of us go for it) because they've effectively had a monopoly on British corruption (with a global reach) for so long.

Orban and his cronies are small fry.

They aren’t small fry. They are what happens when democracy becomes a sham.

I can think we should get rid of the royals and think that autocracies are bad. I don’t have to live with the latter just because we still have the former.

Pretty sure that was meme / troll voting. Along with RDR2 (Online) winning the "Labor of Love" award, a game that infamously has had no updates for years despite lots of vocal complaints.

If that's based on the Mercator projection it's likely much, much smaller than it appears there.

Yep, but I read an article saying that it was at least "bigger than the UK". But frankly, we can't dig up the seabed without thousand-miles wide plumes of pollution in terms of waste and, of course, the noise will utterly fuck the marine animals.

We can't not-pollute when digging the earth up. We've no hope when digging in the ocean, away from everyone's eyes.
