Almost certainly. I know what both halves of the phrase are, I have no idea what it means when you put them together. This is great. I don't have to keep up anymore. I may buy a cardigan.

Maybe! - it went over my mates head and she knew it and didn't look the remotest bit sheepish until I caught her eye.
