BTW - it's definitely worth taking the cable car over the top of Mont Blanc and over to the Italian side. Everyone goes to the top of Mont Blanc and then 90% of people refuse to pay the extra to go on the cable car to Courmayeur. But they're wrong - if it's a clear day it's well worth it.
