How ever reviewed and studied a paper is alway going to be crap on climate change because we have so little data. Only 100+ years in soo many millions the earth has been here.And what makes you think that an article in the guardian/the telegraph/any of the newspapers that are so horribly compromised (see the thread above) - are any more authoritative?
In science - if all the data is published, correctly and fully, then there's nowhere to hide.
I'd rather put my trust in an organisation that publishes and allows you to go and check and meaningfully challenge the actual data (the IPCC) - than a fuckload of conspiracy pieces by vested interests in a clearly-compromised press...
Its all conjecture. Maybe we are in a natural cycle. No one knows. And on news paper is as good as another. Who else do we trust other than journos to bring out fiddles and conspiracies ? I dont have the time you seem to have to read every paper thats been published everywhere on virtually any subject you care to mention.
