Just watched Battle of Five Armies, the third Hobbit movie. Thought it was OK but came away slightly underwhelmed. They could have made the battle sequences so much more epic, given the title of the movie; instead they focused on an utterly ridiculous love story between elf and dwarf, some cockney bloke in a dress, and far too much Thorin madness.

Let's hope Jackson steers clear of the Silmarillion.

Saw that on Twitter the other day. The icing on the cake is that the driver is out on his first lesson, which went well he said, except for the cyclist who decided to ram him while he was parked
