The Labour party are laughable in Scotland with their "oh don't go!" attitude during the referendum and the flip-side "fuck you, I'd prefer to side with Dave than be propped up by the SNP for a coalition". The Labour party are utterly finished up here, so we should vote for the alternative which is the Tories right? Well no, obviously; the SNP have filled the gulf that Labour have left. They're the only ones putting in a convincing argument that they should be in power, the other two parties are sticking to their usual shitty smearing instead of a positive, workable manifesto. England don't have the luxury of an equivalent party to vote for - it's pretty much Labour or Conservative. Thankfully, we have an alternative - that's why people vote for the SNP.

UKIP is the voice of the opinions behind closed doors, it's hardly new for beliefs not welcome in the mainstream to occasionally show themselves, but the rise of Ukip is the iceberg breaking the surface.

The requirement for housing is NOT primarily being driven by immigrants; its being driven by a long-term trend towards single occupancy households and the fact that everyone wants (needs?) To live in the southeast. There's plenty of housing stock in the rest of the country.

Not sure what to make of that but there are some pretty horrible cases of what is basically neglect going on amongst the Jeremy Kyle fan base, kids with nits, no medical care for basic illness and even fleas.

Not because it isn't available to the parents but simply because they either don't care or are too lazy to get it sorted out.

My wife had a case where a child had so many nits that she ended up with open sores on her head, the parent argued that the nits were all dead and it wasn't a problem, the child was crawling with them.

If hitting them in their fags and takeaway funding is the way to get it sorted out then maybe its worth considering.

Not true, that's the biggest misconception about the SNP.

They're not just nationalists, they're also left wing, as left wing as the Labour party should be in their perspective.

This is why the media are so retarded when it comes to reviewing them when they talk about Glasgow and how it was the heart of the Labour party, it still is the heart of the Labour party, but in the perspective as the Scots, it's now the proper Labour party as opposed to some middle of the road pathetic excuse for one.
