He signed for Roma in January.. Roma purchased 50% for 2.3m in Janaury and then paid another 5.3m for the other 50% a few weeks back.

If you know something upsets someone you could say it, but not really feel or believe it - you could simply be using a racial insult it to wind the other person up - then go home to your black wife whom you love dearly and campaign for racial equality.

It's not really that at all, Terry's admitted saying everything. There is no argument on what was said, it's all about "context" - which they're proving now.

His claim that it was repeated back in shock and sarcasm is the thing being scrutinised, and it's likely you'll get a result one way or the other. It can no longer be thrown out so it has to go somewhere.

As I see it, not really. It's about the intent of Terry's usage and whether it was offensive or not. He could still get done for the racism even if Anton said it first. Of which there's no evidence at all, but there is evidence of Terry saying/screaming it.

He doesn't fit Rodgers style of play at all though, it is sad and I'd really love for him to prove people wrong .. but it isn't looking good for him at the moment.

Hopefully he can join a team in the champions league on loan and score a few..
