Reminds me of the transfer forum on RAWK. Regardless of who we gets linked with. someone will always claim he knows he is a red :p

"It's not official yet but Adam is now an LFC player"

It wouldn't certainly put Hearts in a difficult position. At 20 he maybe an adult but he's also rather young himself. Undoubtedly being in the public eye he will have to deal with members of the public - both those who adore celebrity and those who will have an axe to grind about his criminal behaviour.

Can't say I can see a solution to it. He's been punished already, why punish him more by cancelling his contract? Personally I think the club should give him some sort of chaperone and have him sign up for some councilling and therapy ... but that will never be enough to satisfy everybody.

There will be an absolute riot in Argentina but.. it's been on the wall for ages, the club is absolutely broke, insane to think that one of what was the biggest names in football (imo) has fallen so far into the semi-pro leagues.

All I can say is that it is a long way back from there.. but my god FM12 just become so much more interesting.

There was a pretty bad riot, yeah. The police used water cannons on the fans. It really is absolutely crazy, River Plate being relegated. It's the first time they have ever been regulated in 110 years of existing as a football club. Though I'm sure most people on here will be aware of River Plate, for those who are not, this is more or less equivelant to Man Utd being relegated. Madness.

Its funny that the rules put in place to make sure that the top teams (Boca, Velez, River, Banfield, Estudiantes, Independente etc etc) from actually going down has ended up sending one of them down. River are the most successful Argentine team, as Eks said, this is like United going down, it's highly doubtful River will even be back in the top flight for a long time considering their financial woes.

So De Gea is undergoing his medial right now?
BBC Sport - Goalkeeper David De Gea having medical at Man United

Will be glad of someone who can *fingers crossed* be a replacement for VDS. Doubt it will work right away but I'll be perfectly content if this year is a transitional year as we blood all these new players.

Mother of god, look at the size of his hands!
