well LOL curbishley LOL, according to the press. I think that would be funny; don't they still owe him money from last time?

In all seriousness though, from the beeb, bookies view:

Bookmakers have made Croatia coach and former West Ham defender Slaven Bilic, Portsmouth boss Avram Grant and former Manchester City coach Mark Hughes as favourites to fill the vacancy.

They said Alan Curbishly was a possible target for the new manager. Didn't he get a big payoff for when they sacked him? If so, ESPN are idiots.

Lol thought the lack of response to my original message meant I must have been wrong. Glad I'm not going mad :p

I only heard it on some radio station, and maybe on a website; but I could be imaging it for the lulz.

Dunga's axed quite a few big names (although probably correctly); No pato, adriano or Ronaldinho for the squad.

pato has had a terrible year, so many injuries.. sucks because I was looking forward to see him play.

There on standby. Brazil squad looks quite weak imho.

The problem is, they still play fantastically well together, and Dunga is a good coach. Unlike Maradona, who has stars but no idea how to use them.

Thats true, german-esque in that collectively together they play well as a team. Shame for the argies, with a decent manager at the helm they could do the job.

Come on Fulham!

They've been a bit nervy, lucky that Forlan only hit the post, hopefully they can frustrate Atletico and hit them on the counter.

Channel 5's picture quality is sooooo shit.

He was, when he was getting the ball. Fulham have been marvellous so far this second half. Great keep ball with some end product.

Hodgson obviously told them to keep the ball more, they are looking a lot better this half.

Davies was unlucky not to get a second there....

Rub it in why dont cha :S
at least I'll do my part sunday to help them beat OB, and I guess for the first time ever in my life..actually..root for..eek! Brøndby in Randers ://

I'm in quite a dilemma.. If Brøndby wins they get a medal, but then GF has a chance of staying in the league. I want them to stay in the league, but I most certainly do not want Brøndby to get any medals at all! If Brøndby loses they won't get any medals, but then GF will be relegated for sure..

The best thing to happen is that GF magically pulls a win vs. OB and Brøndby and Randers draws in a dull 0-0 and Esbjerg wins vs. Nordsjælland! :D

But what are the odds? :(

GF would have to win 5-0 in that case, or Randers go through on goal score :/
so, it's brønby wins and gf wins or gf go down..

it's still like a bad dream though...you catch your self every now and then thinking wtf! happend..sure injuries and what not but still..gaah!

and 0-3 to Køge!?!??

poor Fulham :(

Still, they done themselves proud this year. Roy Hodgson is one of the best managers in the game.

You fucking what gohan? Forlan was a legend at united, his work rate, skill and performances were second to none. He just could not finish, never had luck on his side. You don't get love from the fans for not showing up.

Veron was just not suited to the premiership, he was good for us in Europe, but pointless in the league.

Gutted for Fulham, i don't think they'll replicate this season for quite a while. Also wonder how long Roy will stick about for if someone big comes in for him.
