How does ticket distribution work at the world cup? Will there be many locals making annoying noises or will it mostly just be the two sets of fans ? I'd assume they wont all buy horns.

Dont you just buy em from the fifa website if your country isnt involved in a game or from your FA if your country is involved?

Hmmm not sure on that. Just browsing the internet, im not even sure if the FA get any tickets actually. I think all have to be bought from FIFA or from ticket seller websites but you state which country you will be supporting

I suppose hes doing it to set an example. Alledgedly, Torres isnt very happy at Liverpool at all. He signed on the promise that Liverpool would spend big and that he would be the first of many. Im a little bit wary of when I get told stuff like this though so im going to keep an open mind.
