Our current right wingers are gash

I don't agree with that at all. Milner, Downing and Ash Young can all beat a man and cross a ball. Lennon was in the form of his life before injury and would have been a shoo-in for the position.

Beckham was never a right winger, he was a right sided midfielder that could cross the ball brilliantly and take good free kicks. His passing was decent too. But he couldn't beat a man or stretch a game, certainly not like any of the above mentioned could do.

downing?

I can't say I've ever seen him try to go past someone tbh.

On Milner and Young I agree though, both quality.

For once its actually quite enjoyable to watch Liverpool as a Liverpool supporter  And Aqua got his first goal too! :)

Lets hope Pacheco gets some game time towards the end (dunno if he is on the bench)

Liverpool winning a game.. my good.

I was expecting them to play shite today, and next weekend hammer my beloved Utd.... it the sort of thing that is typical of Liverpool, upping their game for a couple games against united and nothing else rest of time. lol

Surely that'll be reviewed and he'll receive a 3-4 match ban?

if it's in his report they can't do anything. BUt by failing to book him I am sure the FA can take action.

Don't think its possible since the ref saw it and only gave FK?

The fa can take action as the ref may not have actually fully seen what happened and thought it was a push/trip.

If it isnt punished then there something seriously wrong... that said he will play against united no matter what, which is a shame. They will pull the "appeal against eh decision" route and take an additional match ban but get him to play in next weekends game.

If the ref had deemed it only worthy of a yellow then nothing could be done, however as the ref only gave a freekick the FA can take retrospective action.

If the ref reports that he saw it and though it was accidental then the FA can do nothing it's a joke of a rule.

Pompey should do him for assault though on video evidence he changes direction to be running up behind the player then elbows him in the back of the head that should be a tasty ban.

theo ........ honestly, i cant remember a good performance from him for England

Your memory is extremely short. Not too long ago he was hailed the next Messiah after scoring a hattrick for England. I do agree though, he is very inconsistant and needs to work harder with the crosses. With his speed he is a good sub to bring on late and scare the crap out of a tired defence.

Christ, that is a pretty nasty forearm, Lex Luger would be proud.
