screw ronaldo, rooney and messi - we've got Vingaard. Yet another good goal.
He's fucking ace! I'm so pleased that Staale has him in the starting 11 now
Higuain is turning up trees, another 3 goals for the lad.

What about Messi? 3-0 victory, all by him and all in one half.. But I agree, Higuain is probably equal to Rooney atm. He seems to score no matter where on the pitch he recieves the ball and it seems like he does it with ease

I was kind of hoping Donovans loan spell would be increased, but i'm not sure of the situation in America at the moment whether the strike/s are taking place or not.

Still a great shame that he's gone though, unlikely we'll get him back now he has proven himself worthy of a place in the Premiership, no doubt the bigger teams with the moolah would coerce him better than we would.

Still, miracles happen... Maybe not for Beckham though. Tuttut

I don't give a monkeys about Messi this season, I want Real to win La Liga. :p Messi is sheer class but we all know that, I am rooting Ronaldo and Real this year though. :)

Feel sorry for Beckham, but I think we have better replacements available. Yes they lack his experience, but people like Ashley Young/Joe Cole/Downing/Milner/Adam Johnson/Lennon (if fit) are the future.

And yet if Theo keeps up his form of the last 3 games he will get the nod :) Big question is will he :)

You may well be right, I heard he went out on a limb with MLS to extend his stay and annoyed his bosses in the process.

Oops totally forgot about him! I left Wright-Phillips out on purpose, really don't rate him at all. Fast but can't cross and is greedy to boot.

I'd rather Theo did not go, too inconsistent. If Lennon recovers he is our best choice. With young and Wright-Phillips the other contenders.

Adam Johnsons goal yesterday was spectacular, but not sure he is consistent enough yet either.

Don't forget Dyer is fit again!

Beckham was only ever going to South Africa for his dressing room experience and the sheer boost he gives the crowd when coming on.

If he keeps playing like he is now. I would take Theo as a late sub, coming on with his pace vs tiered defenders is working well for us and could do for England too.

Do you not feel, Arse goggles aside, that Adam Johnson is 10 times the player Theo is, and has far more potential? He can cross and shoot, has nearly as much pace, and is very tricky. His decision making is far better as well.

If Lennon was not in doubt, who would you take, Lennon or Walcott?

Oh also, Beckham's absence leaves space for Bullard to go :D

I like Adam Johnson yes and he is currently and possibly always will be a better player.

Theo over Lennon, Lennon makes the same mistakes as Theo just as often. My Arsenal goggles will never come of far enough to see Lennon as anything other than equal. Young on the other hand i could admit.

I think Beckham has shown some extra quality recently.

Beckham is the only and yes I do mean the only world class crosser of the ball we have, the rest range from average to fucking awful.

A few of weeks ago i honestly thought Walcott was shit. Having watched all the arsenal games since then tho i have to admit i was totally wrong. Play the ball slowly and to his feet and he isn't that good.. play the ball into space and he is deadly. He has quite a good shot on him too imo.

theo is fecking inconsistant as fuck.. especially in an England shirt... honestly, i cant remember a good performance from him for England.

Now and again he does the business for Arsenal, but he a one trick pony. Deny space to run into and he clueless most the time. He a hit it past the defender and sprint after the ball, pretty much like sunday league wingers that got pace and little else :p

Phil Brown has been sacked by Hull

Didn't expect that

Shame really but they would of struggled to stay up with ot without him, the fact is they've done well considering the budget etc.

Beckham would have been fantastic as a sub or even as a starter. Our current right wingers are gash and we could have used Beckham to put some pin point crosses in for the boy Rooney. The likes of Lennon, SWP etc just arent good enough to do anything of note.
