I wonder if I'm the only Rochdale fan on FH :) Top of League Two, points clear, games in hand...all done on a shoestring budget. Only problem is our star player, Craig Dawson, is a £1mil target for Prem clubs, apparently :(

Up the Dale!

Northampton town fan here! Very close to getting a playoff spot after a typically disastrous start to the season. A trip to Wembley pre-world cup would be great.

The prem is looking like its going to have a great ending, 3 teams in contention then the fight for 4th spot.

Always had a soft spot for the Dale, a child hood friend of mine and his dad were big fans. They took me to a few home games when I was 8 and I have always kept any eye out for thier results since. Hopefully they can get that promotion this year! :D

I'm going to say your wrong on that cho, if he really was to blame for a lot of the current situation then he would have walked a long time ago. The fact he has stayed to see the club through tells a different story imo.

Oh and the tax evasion thing he and redknapp are accused of is nothing, 1000's of people try their best to avoid tax every day in this country. Hardly worth vilifying them just because they are in the spotlight.

All the mysterious money transfers to offshore bank accounts? Oh and just because other people cheat the tax doesnt make it right, they are fucking crooks the pair of them.

I'm not saying it's right to cheat tax, but 100's of wealthy individuals do it quite brazenly, lots of big multi-nationals take the piss with government to scared to do anything about it. Tax evasion is a direct result of high taxation. When you have money you pay more tax and do more to avoid it.

As for the mysterious money transfers, wait for non-tabloid stories before making a judgement, the press in this country are clueless.

What are your thoughts on this? Karma for Maradona did to us? Would it sour any victory for you? For me, I wouldn't want us to win through cheating, it feels horrible when we lose because of injustice so winning the same way does not sit right.

A refereeing marvel from Howard Webb today :d

he was awful, started with the Blackburn penalty not given, and just went down hill.

Kalanic (sp?) scored a wonderful goal after being flying kicked (well knee'd) in the back and he gives a foul against him. What bollocks. lol.

This is the best referee in the country and is going to the world cup? Oh dear!

Go Go West Ham... slaughter chelsea whilst hey got a nub in goal... shame all chelsea games for next couple weeks (minus CL) are pretty simple games in theory, even with a nub keeper

Sounds like he'd prefer to stay and obviously Liverpool would prefer to keep him.

Considering he wants 4-5 quality new players coming in, i cant see him staying long. Not only can Liverpool not afford quality players but Rafa Benitez is one of the worst around at signings.

I cant see him doing anything but stay at liverpool from what ive heard, but I suppose people change. Couldnt imagine him going to another prem league team mind.

He is a very good player and it is easy to see why he is making noise about leaving although I think it is more a situation of sounding off, but isn't impossible he would leave. As for his value, well he isn't someone I see most clubs paying a lot for since he is sadly injury prone.

Hi, Andrey! I am 13 years old and I began to play football 2 years ago.
Do you think I’ll be able to become a professional footballer?
Arshavin
: I do not know.

lol

theres so many retarded questions and his answers are quite amusing

How do you see yourself in 50 years?
Arshavin: 78-year old man, with aching legs and a glamorous walking stick

Hi Andrey! You know I love football! And mostly because of you, I want to really thank you for that. But the problem is that I’m a girl, but I really love to play. A lot of people say that it’s a men's game. What shall I do? After all, I want to do it professionally. What do you think about girls playing football?

Arshavin: When girls like football, I think it’s ok. But I think that the level of women's football is too low to take it seriously.

Was not a classic game, the big points. No red card long name never had control of the ball he over ran. Yellow was right. Their guy could have gone for the hit to the face and should have got a red for the tackle. Sols challenge was good and the guy should have just hurdled it he got hurt because of the go in for every challenge mentality. Good 3 points in the end we need Gallas back from Injury as Sol can't play twice a week and Silvestre is shite.
