Hmm not sure about that. Ywain is struggling with over population as is. I'm unable to login most nights due to player cap.

I wouldn't mind them splitting Ywain up into two servers and merging the EU pop among them.

well i reckon if they reprogram so they use 1 server for toa 1 for classic zones and 1 for nf zones so they can raise the player cap again

Maybe, or maybe not.

They are going to do something, but whether its cluster all the EU servers and remove the language barrier, or move the entire EU database to US and increase the server cap and split some of the servers, i can't say.

haha...heya Cens. I played lots together with Thesa on US. We had a blast there. We been talking alot about you and the other old hounds back here on Excalibur hoping they would transfer finally and that you guys would play again hehe.
Pretty cool it came to be reality again!. Rangers still sucks as far as i know..if not the recent patch or so changed that^^
Still..i knew a couple of tough melee rangers that did quite well around rr8ih and up. An obviously you got the rank for that and the skill hehe. So try it out!
Id reckomend a infil for a bit more "easymode" an sb/NS for something in between

GoA was shit, Mythic is better but still has a long way to go in the light of other mmo developers. Just look at CCP (eve-online) and the amount of upgrades done to support the increasing player base. DAoC has had a decreasing playerbase for how many years? And the company managing the game are now struggling to allow all players to play? What on earth did they do with the free'd resources after clustering "all" servers. My guess, porn and WAR.

I got like 7 or 8 olo templated characters and like 12 other 50s for pl etc on these if needed. Obviously most of you activating will have your own from EU. But tbh my EU one couldnt get close to my US one. Its just totally superior with the new stuff and all the plats etc i had there on US.
Im a father of 4 kids nowadays and wont have time to play....my newborn is 3 months plus and it will be several years before i could consider any serious gaming again^^
