I can confirm Bounty Hunter(Mercenary) can solo Black Talon aswell (was lvl 11) so fun kiting around the place like a mad man

Think most classes can do it if they bring healkits, did it with my agent, my sith warrior. And clear all mobs before engaging the bosses

yea its not too bad, the companions help a ton aswell! I think its going to be well worth it crafting gear for them just to keep them on par with you.

Justicar or inquisitor with the healing advanced class = everything dies by the companion alone.

All you do is keep it alive.

aye pretty much and as a bounty hunter you are effectively a plate wearing healer so you just tank/dps and your pet dps + heals you every 4 seconds for a smalla mount + you can heal yourself.

Played Consular for a few levels, very fun playstyle. Also played Sith Warrior and Sith Inquisitor. The Inquisitor's story stuff is ace.

Yep, inquisitor story is more fun, but i'm having more fun playing the consular.

I mean, lightnings are great and all, but not much beats levitating a bigass rock and planting it in someones face.

I like the dialogue in it, Had a quest as a sith inquis to kill a mob, but it was apparently tough. One of the reply's I said when I said I will hunt it was... "If it bleeds, I can kill it"

That quest was quite epic tbh I got the accountant to trash Fa'athra's accounts then I cut his fucking head off.

- I'm in early access.
- I can get the game after santamas(around 27-29).

Does this mean i can still get to the early access, even if the game itself doesn't get deliuvered to me before end of year?

Levling through pvp seems to be the fastest way really.

Not sure I like the 3 pvp scenarios that much though, I mean it doesn't hold a candle to DAoC SI pvp times.

PvE is OK the big question for me is pvp.

Guess GW2 is still the game to await when it comes to mmo and pvp.

I honestly can't decide which faction i gave Darkside another go today and i was literally in the game for all of 5 mins before the shit in general chat started, i was playing Republic all day yesterday and had none of that shit whatso ever.

I like the Sith story though ;/

I bought from Amazon and on confirming purchase was given an early access code. So it depends on the vendor I guess but you should be able to get in.

Usually what happens is you can play during early access but you might have your account frozen at the end of the early access period if you dont have your retail game key. Once you have it you should be able to subscribe and play on - or they might be nice considering the time of year and give you an extra grace period.

yeah or when you get what you want from someone who's been captured and you kill him anyway lol, I'd prefer a group heal on my sorc; but I've got quite a few decent abilties now which is making quests more fun. I find I have to lead grp's for heroics because people are so slow sometimes :/ or they won't hit 1 mob at a time...like if I whirlwind a mob to keep it out of fight...they would hit it

But basically the only small problems I have are with the players, not the game which is good

Played the beta all weekend and thank god i got in saved myself 30 whatever quid and the monthly fee, i felt i was playing a single player game then came the pvp and thought what have they done to star wars.
Some higher level players on my server (US) were saying it wasnt worth it i think they were level 30+, they kept saying they became bored as there was nothing to do although that might be because there were too few of them that high.

The game was very repetitive and had to walk long distances for quests just to go back again. My droid rocked, seemed i didnt really have to do much just wave my lightsaber around by pressing 1 all the time. The in game voice sceens were nice to see but became long and dull after a while, again just kept pressing top option for jedi since that was the right thing for a jedi to say each time. PvP - That american football warfront was a joke, the other 2 were ok but with no option (or i couldnt find one) to disable the joke WF i had to enjour it when it popped. Now since i choose jedi, guardiian i think, i seemed to be up against alot of Sith/Bounty hunter on the side and they had loads of CC when i had a few short stuns and thats it. Might of got some later on but i seemed to have spent most matches being zapped by electricity, force pushed or blinded or someother CC, it just seemed too much.
I feel the game could be great but i reckon EA made them push for release (reminds me of WAR). I agree of a few ppl above, Daoc fans will have to wait for GW2 since this isnt the game it could be.

You should have a purge ability, everyone gets one afaik.
Also the "speedball" arena isnt side based, its team based.

I had that blind on my smuggler - its ae so dont bunch up and it drops on damage.

not too long on testing so stopped questing at lvl17 and did story and got my ship! its a real good way to break up pve/pvp. Had a mission to destroy 50 turrets/fighters+ 5 elite fighters and kill a boss ship; was onlly the second mission to heh. If I was really into it I wouldve tried crafts and other specs, but from playing it casually its a good game I think. Will pre-order tomorow i think.
