Seems to crash a lot now! Annoying to lose progress in a dungeon.

Did you install some mods? I did too an get crashes. Was thinking of removing them to see if it fixes.

I've put some hardcore hours into this now and currently lvl 49 lol.
Dual wielding ebony weapons that i've tweaked to high hell (40% smithing potion and 28% from a couple items) and they rated at 128 and 119
Light armor and my armor rating is over 600, i reckon 700 might be doable in light armor

Try to kill them without anyone else noticing Or kill all the witnesses as well, and the bounty will disappear

My first horse just died saving my life. Was actually sad when he went down, been through a lot with that horse. I am in the middle of nowhere and have to walk to the nearest stables to get another one. But it won't be the same.

That compared to the 30 odd mods in vegas tells a story. End result matters though and i will mod this, there are still minor annoyances around.

Some might be an issue of lack of info, but hotkeys for potions and weapons and not being able to order the companion in combat do annoy. Also lack of info, or a "return home" function for lost companions/horses is in dire need. They wouldn't just sit around for eternity.

Not perfect, could use more stories from companions, the usual "needs 400 hours more stuff" aapplies, but near perfect. Immersion is unbelievably well done and the world works.

No mods on this play through as, like you say. It is pretty close to perfect.

I think most of the mods I install will be cosmetic when I get my new PC at xmas.

Game is awesome, even though I'm lost and just wandering around smashing things.. accidently stumbled up a few camps but I'm afraid of doing them incase theres a quest I could pick up. (Fellborn/gorn keep I think?)

On the main story (I'm assuming) it's going good, did the first dungeon and got a lovely 2h so I can carry on one shotting things.

Even with the lowest settings the game looks beautiful.. cooking the gf dinner tonight so I can sneak a couple hours in hah.

Don't have a problem with my headphones, but had to use my little PC speakers the other day as the mrs was trying to figure out why I was spending so much time playing one game, so she watched me playing. It was very quiet, had to turn everything up in the windows sound settings.

Yeah i've pretty much got windows to max and headphones to max, which s much mroe convinient as i can just turn headphones back down when(if ever) i quit.

Overall sound is ok but NPCs voices can go really low sometimes, a known bug apparently. I turned sub titles on for that.

Since doing that you see more NPC chatter. Sneaking about a bandit hide out listening to them discuss stuff, often related to the hideout/dungeon/castle. Due to the dodgy voice sound it often sounds like gibberish though.

The problem is Skyrim is pretty much genre breaking, people will have to try very hard to come anywhere near to it in gameplay.

It looks great on my mid range PC, I can't wait to see what it looks like on my new PC with a few graphical mods going.

When Im just running around I play 3rd person, in combat with Bow I go to 1st, In combat with melee I go third as its a lot easier to strafe/pan camera for me. Personal preference though, I've always like seeing my armour and weapons etc

Ahh goodo, I enjoy the 3rd person aspect more so then the first person, must be from years playing daoc as it feels like I'm missing half the map heh.
