in fairness they were never elected to any of those seats, they were actually the "moderate" members of the Perussuomalaiset (PS or "True Finns" as they call themselves in finland), the party split up when the MPs that were ministers refused to push extremist stuff in government. PS themselves dropped about 3% lower than last time but still ended up 2nd largest party, which is very worrying because their top two MPs are out and out looneys (they even look the part of fascists o_O ) take a look at their election video if you want to get an idea of their policies :
View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dzCK4tTu2nE
.

The leader of PS for years, Timo Soini, left PS and joined with the faction that split off but remained in government as foreign minister, he did not run for re-election as MP this time around (suspect we will see his face again at Presidential elections time in a few years)

The good thing is there is easily enough other parties to block PS from power (no one else wants to deal with them in Finland after their shenigans over past few years, especially as member after member is shown tied to white supremacist groups, or the Russians). The bad thing is that this means they get to sit as opposition yelling and complaining without ever coming up with any concrete plans as usual

I always thought the Finns are too pissed to really care.

Which is a very honourable approach .

Can’t we stop labelling peeps and instead use ’a bunch of guys’. Then you could just go ”Damn those guys”. Do we really need to incentivise even more hate?

Well thank fuck for that. I was worried that the downturn that Brexit will cause might be long term, but according to a Brexit Party candidate it'll only be short term, ie just 30 years. I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to my 83rd birthday.

Brexit Party candidate says that leaving the EU will have an effect on the economy for '30 years'

At least we'll have our 'sovereignty' whatever the fuck that means. It better be tasty, nutritious and filling cos there'll be fuck all else.

Apart from the fact that its off the top of the head of someone with no knowledge of economic predictions...like everyone else, thats why we have a casino in London.

They are right that historic revolutions like these do have effects for decades.

I mean, your one chance for a legitimate attack on the EU, and you miss.

Don't get it?

What do you mean by insanity? All I see is two weather forecasts. One in Sweden, one in Iraq.

Please be very explicit in your answer, and explain why that video is "insane".

Honestly not trolling you - just desparately want to understand what is going on in your mind. I can see nothing wrong in it - but some asshat has obviously gone to the trouble of mashing that together, and it's touched a nerve with you, so...

No @Job. I don't know what the issue is.

Please point out what the "problem" and "insanity" is. Explain why it's insane. Explain why it's a problem.

All I see is two weather forecasts.

No you dont, you are lying, you simply want me to spell it out so you can bullet point a reply based on ..its racist to question anything.

Which in Sweden is now the reality.

He doesn't want women to have a choice in what they wear, they have to look attractive.

I've not said anything is racist. I just want to know what I've asked about.

You've used the word "insane". I just don't see it. You obviously feel strongly enough to post that and someone feels strongly enough to make the vid. But I can't see an issue.

If you feel strongly about something you should feel free to speak your mind - especially here. FH isn't facebook - you can say what you feel here.

Battle with time: Italian towns face demise by depopulation

We’ve had several Italian AuPairs over the last few years; every one of them is an only child, and only one of them has elected to return home after finishing her stint with us (and she’s only gone home to do her Masters, then she plans to leave Italy). But you have politicians like the 5 Star mob getting elected who’d clearly prefer Italy to have no people at all rather than the “wrong” kind.
