I recently read about some German guy and his sister... they met just like you mention, after some 20 years or so not knowing they were siblings. They ended up having 4 babies and now they've been sentenced to prison.

My advice is check up all the facts together with your half-sister. All the risks, everything bad that could possibly happen ranging from the law to how you'd feel in 50 years.

Then weigh that for a good long time against how much you want this. Then decide together with her. Nobody else can really do it for you.
