i doubt it my self. not for the long run anyway, in the short run some things help like face masks (i use these).

look at the people turning 35-40 now, who dont smoke, theres deffinately some difference there... people do look younger i think

The positive difference will be the overall condition of your skin, either way use it or not you gonna die :-( But keeping your skin in a decent condition is good
