We have the same shit here in Scotland, a really common one going around just now is for Parrots, my wife is actually looking to get an African Grey, and I saw this advert for "rehoming" two parrots, so sent them a message. Got a reply saying the birds were free if I could pick up from the "ISLE OF MULL" (for some reason he capitalised that every time he mentioned it...), or alternatively I could pay £340 for couriering. I replied saying, "Funny coincidence, my aunt and uncle live on the Isle of Mull, if you send me your address and phone number I'll get them to get in touch with you to come collect!". I don't expect to get a reply.

This sort of shit is popping up all over the place, gumtree, preloved, scotads, local newspaper adverts... Bastards.
