What do you think to this Cabalist RvR spec..

I was wondering if I should get one more point in Body somehow so I could get the next level lifedrain..

Also I am wondering if Cabalists autotrain anything?

thats the usual split spec, best util for a cabalist with that spec but you need MoFocus 2 or more and about +10 in all spell lines for it to be good

edit: cabalists doesnt autotrain anything, no caster does. and you are not supposed to use the spec lifedrain :>

I fancy training spirit to 46, and then body to 25 and rest on matter.
This way you have red debuff, and red nuke + a very powerfull pet, because of all the buffs.

That used to be preferred Cabby spec for debuff groups but with piercing etc the lower debuff is adequate and the split spec gives you nearsight, an aoe dot and disease.

you could try Tri Spec

36 Spirit (Yellow body debuff)
32 Matter (Yellow NS 55%)
24 Body (Disease AoE)

Nice spec you lose some nice things from spirit though not going 46 like red body debuff and pet buffs but nothing to serious

i speced my Cabalist like this for a try..

not the best NS perhaps but 25% is still giving you 25% your target wont have :)

Spirit 33
Matter 11
Body 41

Its worth noting that for a classic server (as you dont specify) the traditional spirit spec is better as if you go tri spec, sure you get nice util, but your debuff isn't "boosted" up to the level of the red one by 10% resist piercing.
Same goes for normal servers really, if your not going to have a template with 10% passive pierce, then, if debuff-nuke is all you want to do, spirit is probably best.
However, as said, you miss some utility.

I'm specced
spirit 36
body 35
matter 19

gives 35% nearsight, which is enough for most things.
the 30% spirit debuff if your grouped with a theurg (or in my case smite cleric) + the second pet speed buff.
35 body gives the yellow spec lifetap, much more power efficient than the baseline one for when that matters (pve).

Might drop body at higher RR for more util but at low'ish RR i'm loving it

Isn't NS even more important on a classic server since it can't be cured?

Red nearsight on classic is similar to 1 shotting the caster, except ofc they can't be rezzed.

Tri spec is prob the best as you get utility from them. Aoe desiese,BLue Nearsight, 30% body debuff which you will still cap nuke on people. Small damage shield and still a few pet buffs. Its just overall the spec rvr spec, going full spirit or other specs you loose some important things.
