Hah chances are I'll be on half servings to begin with until I get accustomed to it. First time (and last so far) I had it, I was sweating/shaking/nauseous, but damn I was lifting heavier weights than I ever have before, the session lasted about twice as long too, haha.

I'm really not having much luck with London airports lately; three flights in the last six weeks, five hour delay (and I was moving house that day), then three hour delay (high winds) and five hour delay again today (Virgin 747 emergency landing shenanigans closed the airport). Glad everyone is OK, but God damn airports are boring.

@sayward Banged head can be an issue for weeks and then become a serious issue. If you bang your head and it keeps hurting, get it checked out.
