My fucking knee brace has vanished. I had it last week and its gone, and my knee is absolutely killing me. The finger of suspicion is currently pointing at our cleaner, who always puts things away in the right place (and she's always correct, which is annoying), but she's denying all knowledge. My knee hurts

Trains all delayed by 2 hours this morning due to one breaking down. 2 hours stood at a freezing station that could've been spent in bed.

Shit few days, maid had a heart attack. Got her to hospital (A&E) in time to save her life. Then find out that there is no cardiologist, they called him (single cardiologist for entire hospital) but not answering and their response to this, "it is the weekend!". So we end up driving her to another hospital in Sharjah where at least they had a cardio on standby. So after 3 days in hospital they say she can return home. We take good care of her but in the morning find her unresponsive, rush her back to the same hospital and turns out she had a stroke. Not sure yet if she is going to make it. Have been in contact with her family and the local Sri Lankan consulate. Fucking nightmare! Just hoping she is going to make it or hold out for her daughter to arrive from Sri Lanka. Bought her the ticket yesterday.
