looking around for a suitable template that fits a seer with a small wallet and limited time to invest in the game, I found the below template from this thread on the vnboards. all the drops are from quests, and you manage rather good stats without having to farm and level a lot of artifacts, nor pay through the nose for expensive ml drops. in addition all the armor is 99% quality chain, which saves a bit of money. at least it is a good starting point if you want to do something fancy!
